Registration

Registration for the workshop is now officially closed. If you still wish to attend, but have not yet registered, there is still limited space available. Please email Alasdair Allan (aa@astro.ex.ac.uk) as soon as possible to request late registration. Please include the following information in the email:

• Name and affiliation
• Contact address and phone numbers
• Talk title, author list and abstract

We would also like to know whether you'll be,

• Staying at the conference hotel?
• Attending the conference dinner?
• You have any special dietary requirements?

Important

Although lunch is provided, both accomodation and the conference dinner are not included in the costs covered by the LOC and need to be paid on an individual basis.

You should be aware that it is your responsibility to book accomodation and we will not do so for you, please contact the hotel of your choice directly. A list of hotels to suit a range of budgets has been provided on the accomodation page.

Funding

No funding is available for later registering participants. Those participants who applied for funding should now have recieved confirmation of any funding, or part funding, awarded to allow them to attend.
